This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for engagements with 17488149 Canada Corp., operating as VoxTN.
Implementation engagements (one-time)
Implementation work — architecture, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment — is billed against a fixed scope or time-and-materials basis. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. If an engagement is terminated mid-milestone, work in progress will be billed on a time-and-materials basis up to the effective termination date.
Managed service (monthly)
Managed-service subscriptions may be cancelled with at least 30 days written notice to billing@voxtn.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds are generally not provided for partial months once the period has begun.
Advisory work
Pre-paid advisory hours that have not yet been used can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once advisory work has begun, hours consumed are non-refundable.
Third-party costs
Pass-through costs paid by VoxTN on your behalf — including domain registrations, third-party SSL certificates, hardware procurement, and connectivity plans — are non-refundable once incurred. Hardware returns are governed by the original manufacturer's policy.
Service-level credits
Where a managed-service engagement specifies an SLA, service credits will be issued in accordance with the terms of that SLA. Service credits are applied to future invoices.
Disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact billing@voxtn.com within 30 days of the invoice date so we can review and resolve any discrepancies.
