Refund & Cancellation
Billing cycle, cancellation timing, and what happens after service ends.
Billing Cycle
Services operate on a monthly billing cycle. The billing period begins on the service activation date confirmed by VoxTN in writing and renews each month while the subscription remains active.
How to Cancel
To cancel service, the account owner or authorized contact must submit a written cancellation request by email to hello@voxtn.com from the authorized contact email on file. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
When Billing Stops
Billing stops after the current billing period ends following a confirmed cancellation request. Partial-month refunds are not provided for managed services, as service delivery occurs throughout the billing period.
Refunds
Monthly service fees are not refundable once a billing period has started. If a client has prepaid for future service periods, service remains active until the prepaid period ends unless the client requests earlier termination. Exceptions may be considered at VoxTN's sole discretion in cases of verified service failure caused directly by VoxTN. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@voxtn.com within 14 days of the billing date.
What Happens After Cancellation
VoxTN operational management ends at the end of the billing period. Monitoring and administrative management stop for enrolled systems and mailboxes. Ongoing system administration responsibility transfers to the client or their new provider. After service ends, the client is responsible for ongoing operation and maintenance of their systems and accounts.
Transition Window & Data Access
After service termination, VoxTN provides a transition window of up to 14 calendar days to support orderly offboarding, including reasonable assistance to retrieve data or transfer administration where access permits. After the transition window ends, VoxTN may remove administrative access and delete retained service-related operational data. Clients are responsible for retrieving their data before the transition window concludes.
