Terms of Service
Governing your use of VoxTN managed technology services and subscriptions.
1. Service Provider
Services are provided by 17488149 Canada Corp., operating as VoxTN, a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. Registered office: 5200 Finch Ave E #209, Scarborough, ON M1S 4Z5, Canada. Contact: hello@voxtn.com | 1-844-216-6766.
2. Nature of Services
VoxTN provides managed technology services including website hosting administration, SaaS platform deployment and management, business email administration, and AI integration services. These are ongoing operational services performed by technical staff. VoxTN does not sell downloadable software, server space accounts, or digital products delivered at checkout. Services are activated through a manual onboarding process. No service is provided until VoxTN confirms system access and activation in writing.
3. Subscription and Billing
Managed services operate on a monthly subscription billing cycle. The billing period begins on the service activation date confirmed by VoxTN in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5. Aravam Studio subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Billing inquiries: billing@voxtn.com.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe (card payments) or Rotessa (pre-authorized debit, where applicable). By providing payment information, you authorize VoxTN to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee on each billing date. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes including HST are added to invoices where required.
5. Cancellation
To cancel service, the account owner must submit a written cancellation request by email to hello@voxtn.com from the authorized contact email on file. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Billing stops after the current period ends.
6. Refund Policy
Monthly service fees are not refundable once a billing period has started, as operational services are performed throughout the billing period. Full details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information; providing administrative access required for VoxTN to perform services; ensuring their use of VoxTN services complies with applicable laws; and maintaining appropriate backup copies of critical business data.
8. Data and Privacy
VoxTN handles client data in accordance with the Privacy & Data Handling Policy. The client retains ownership of all data, content, and systems under management. VoxTN does not sell or monetize client data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxTN’s liability for any claim arising from managed services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the month in which the claim arose. VoxTN is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11. Changes to Terms
VoxTN may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
