These Terms govern your access to and use of voxtn.com and any services provided by 17488149 Canada Corp., operating as VoxTN ("VoxTN", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
VoxTN provides managed technology services including domain registration, business email, phone & VoIP, provisioned phone systems, eSIM connectivity, SSL certificates, AI workflow automation, and full-stack client provisioning. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a written quotation, statement of work, or order confirmation.
2. Engagement structure
Engagements are structured as professional services rather than a single bundled fee:
- Implementation — one-time architecture, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Managed service — recurring monthly hosting, administration, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
- Advisory — hourly or fixed-fee technical consultation, infrastructure planning, and incident analysis.
All consultation work is invoiced directly by VoxTN.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual-property rights; (c) transmit malware or unsolicited bulk communications; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; or (e) interfere with the operation of the services or other clients.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding access credentials, and for the lawful use of any registered domains, mailboxes, phone numbers, or other resources provisioned on your behalf.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for implementation, managed service, and advisory work are set out in the applicable engagement document. Invoices are payable per their stated terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Term and termination
Managed-service engagements continue on the cadence stated in the order confirmation until terminated. Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of written notice. Outstanding fees through the effective termination date remain payable.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using the same care it uses for its own confidential information of like importance.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
VoxTN performs services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except as expressly stated, services and the site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxTN's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by you to VoxTN in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
