Overview
VoxTN provides ongoing operational management of website hosting environments, SaaS platform deployments, and business email platforms for organizations. We configure, monitor, and maintain client systems so organizations can operate their services without managing technical configuration and maintenance tasks themselves.
Hosting & Deployment Administration
VoxTN manages the operational configuration and maintenance of website hosting environments enrolled under service. This includes hosting account configuration, DNS management, SSL certificate management, deployment coordination, availability monitoring, performance review, and responding to operational incidents.
SaaS Platform Management
For organizations using VoxTN-built or managed SaaS products — including RentalOps, PayrollOps, and Aravam Studio — we provide ongoing platform administration, user management, system updates, and operational support as part of the monthly managed service.
Business Email Administration
VoxTN manages the operational administration of business email platforms enrolled under service. This includes account management, routing configuration, authentication settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailbox provisioning and removal, and responding to deliverability and operational issues.
Monitoring & Incident Response
Enrolled systems are monitored for availability and operational status. VoxTN reviews alerts and responds to monitoring events that affect service stability. Monitoring is provided for systems within the managed scope only.
AI Integration Services
VoxTN assists organizations with integrating AI capabilities into their existing platforms, including Tamil voice synthesis via Aravam Studio, AI-powered content generation, and custom API integrations. AI integration services are scoped per engagement.
What Is Not Included
VoxTN managed services do not include management of client devices or employee workstations; internal network administration; third-party business software support unrelated to enrolled systems; custom software development outside agreed scope; or employee training and onboarding.
How to Engage
